I normally never post photos like this, but today I am extremely proud of myself. I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time physically and mentally. Between shifting my diet and working out almost every day, I’ve transitioned from a place of hating how small I am and hearing comments from people assuming I have an eating disorder, to looking healthy, feeling strong, and embracing the body I’ve been given. I’ve always been told that I need to ‘eat a burger’, but it’s not that easy. It’s hard feeling like a woman and not a child, when you can never seem to pass 100 lbs. But I chose to try and beat the odds and now I’m feeling better than ever. 💕
