Announcing baby on social media?

Hey girls!
When do/did you announce your pregnancy on social media ?:) I’m currently at 14+3 weeks and I would like to announce our happiness on social media sometimes but I don’t know when it’s the right time.🧐 I know it’s different for everyone, I’m just curious to your opinion:)

I have our announcement all set but waiting to announce with gender cause with our last everyones comments about hoping for a girl upset me. We had three boys and our fourth was also a boy and when everyone found out they acted like it was sad news. 😠 
I am going to be excited if this baby is another boy or a girl so I don’t want anyone’s stupid comments about gender to rain on my parade. We tried and prayed for this baby almost a year and are just happy and blessed to be having him/her😊

I plan on doing a gender reveal with immediate family after my 14 week ultrasound and I’m going to announce the same day.

For my last two I announced right at 12 weeks, but this one I’ll be announcing at 13+2 after we’ve had the opportunity to tell my husband’s family in person. We’re taking the announcement pictures tomorrow so they’ll be on my phone ready to post to social media right after we announce to his family.

We've announced both times after the 12 week ultrasound and genetic testing/gender results came back. This time it was 12.5 weeks last time it was 14.

For our first we announced at 13 weeks and for our second because of quarantine i won’t be traveling back to see friends and family so we’re just going to wait to announce on social media when we find out the gender at the 16 week scan :)
