Another period 😔

Really thought this was going to be our month. Woke up with my period right on time. I have been trying for a year now and this is the first month I feel like screaming I’m so upset. I know we shouldn’t be putting timelines on things but for some reason I had it in my head that it would happen within a year or not at all. Maybe my mindset is affecting my fertility! Any advice welcome, I know a year is not long but the heartbreak is just hitting hard this month.. we are both 33 and have been together for 13 years. I just wish we had tried sooner.
