My Vaginal PH Balance is Consistently Thrown off

Hi! I’m new to this app but really needed a place where I can unashamedly ask questions of real life women. I don’t have many people to talk to in my personal life about these things. I have been with my bf for two years (monogamous). The entire relationship, after sex, no matter if I pee or shower right afterwards, there is always a smell a day or two later. Always fishy. I’ve been to the doctor and it’s not an std or bv. It’s just the way his sperm smells in me. It is SO embarrassing. Idk what to do! He doesn’t care but I do! Has anyone else experienced this and if yes, how do you deal with it?
