Help please :(

So um the 23 of june I had 'sex' with a guy but he only had it inside for a few seconds... So um in July 3-7 I had my period then when I finish some spotting right now I'm almost 3 days late and the only symptoms I have is nipple pain... Do you guys think I'm pregnant? Oh and I'm irregular
