Had my period a week ago, but bled today
Ok so I had my period the 26th and today, after going to the bathroom I had some blood. Earlier today after a run I had some type of pain which Felt similar enough to period cramps but I ignored it thinking it meant I had to go to the bathroom.
Also it says here on the app today is my first day in fertility week.
Is this normal?
