This year has been a rough one, back in March I went to the ER for severe abdominal pain. With an ultrasound a cyst was found on my left ovary. I went and saw my OB and she thought it was just a normal cyst and should go away on it's own and to wait 2 months. Flash forward to May and the cyst grew 2cm in 2 directions and I was scheduled for a cystectomy. Well, during surgery they found I have endometriosis stage 4, my cyst was an endometrioma measuring about 10.5 cm and taking over my ovary. The doctor had to remove my ovary since it was so bad. With all this, in October it will be 4 years since my husband and I have started TTC... I am currently on Clomid and my Dr. is giving me 3 months and then on to a fertility clinic.. Does anyone have a success story using Clomid with stage 4 endo? Or any advise or words of wisdom?
