So my sister and i got into an argument earlier and she sarcastically told me for the THIRD time that she hopes i have “a great pregnancy and birth 🖕🏼”

Do i have a right to be mad?

Every time she doesn’t hear what she wants to hear she pushes people away and tells them to basically fuck off. She is struggling with Post partum depression and anxiety but also, she is using unhealthy coping mechanisms and is upset that we are not okay with her using these mechanisms. She says that we are not supportive and don’t love her. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also given she’s almost 30 and I’m 23, I feel like she’s being extremely immature.

I don’t know what to do but I also don’t feel like i should have to deal with her behavior attacking me like this too.

Another thing, i live 1000 miles away from her but she apparently still really cares about my opinion with her coping mechanisms which i don’t think should matter being that i have no influence on her actions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Any tips on dealing with this?
