No urine checks?

Is anyone else NOT getting urine checks at their OB visits??

Nope. Never do it here (Atlantic canada) they did tons of urine test the first bloodiest run I did at the hospital and thats it.
Even with my son. Thats normal  here for sure.

I haven’t gotten one since I was 6 weeks pregnant and I’m 21 weeks now I have no idea why they don’t do them I thought they do them every visit

During my last pregnancy I got one every doctors visit. It was just the standard for their office. Every pregnant woman who walked in would go straight to the bathroom to get their weight and urine sample. 
This time around, I have only been into the office twice because of COVID, and both times I was only asked to get my weight. Not sure why 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every time, and you just reminded me I totally forgot to do one at my last appointment. 😬 Oops.

With my daughter at a different OB they did every visit. Now this time with my son at a new OB they don't unless you feel you might have a utility. I guess it just depends on the office.

Mine checks my urine every appointment to check my proteins. I see my OB once a month.

I get one at every appointment. Not sure exactly what they are checking for though? I’ve never asked.
