She didn’t hit her face on anything or scratch it. I’ve been watching her all day.  Started with the two red dots and then the bigger red splotch .. mosquito maybe???

I’m not sure, but watch if over the next few days. Mine has had some splotches that got bigger and lasted a while and got rough and flaky. My doctor told me it was eczema. Those red areas don’t really look the same yet, but if they do get rough and flaky and last more than a day or two or get worse, you can try cortisone cream. It’s safe and really works!
