Postpartum workouts
This weekend I’ll be 5weeks PP. i has twins and it did some work on my body. I’m pretty much back to my normal pre pregnancy weigh, maybe an extra ten pounds heavier but of course my stomach isn’t super flat but is as flat as expected for having babies and still some swelling and having my third c section.
So is there any at home workouts light enough I can start doing now before having to wait that extra week or when I can start doing some light tightening exercises? Some things that don’t require weights and I can use my own body?
