Breakfast ideas

I know this is so random but can anyone give me breakfast ideas? I’ve got IBS and literally ANYTHING kicks my stomach off, including cheese, dairy, garlic and some curries. Of course this has nothing to do with breakfast as I wouldn’t have a curry for breakfast lol. But I need some inspo? I love avacado, I love oats, toast, pancakes. But thats it, I’m not too keen on cereal and I hate when it goes soggy, ugh I can’t even talk about it😂🤢. I can’t eat eggs. Helppp?
