How many of you have had early scans? Are they quite willing to see you if you have any concerns? I’m 8+3 today and this morning had a small amount of spotting that’s now completely stopped but I’m getting quite sharp cramping on one side. Unsure whether to ring midwife or not. I have my booking appointment on Saturday, shall I just mention it then?
