My quad screening test said I was at risk for my baby having Down syndrome . Well today I seen a specialist and she seen a soft marker for Down syndrome called echogenic bowel in her intestines.. now I’m even more nervous then I was Monday ... I did another blood test that’s higher then quad sceeening blood test .... I’ll know in five days . She told my baby looked normal and was growing how she was suppose to but she shows that soft marker ..at this point she’s basically saying with a test and an ultrasound I’m higher risk now
