When did you get your first PP period?

Also, we’re you nursing, nursing and pumping, exclusively pumping ￼or formula feeding?
Bonus- was your first pp period heavier or lighter than normal?

8 weeks postpartum, exclusively breastfeeding. It was light and no cramping but it was a week long.

I’ve had 3 children and it was exactly the same with all of them despite each one being fed differently. 
I bled for 6 weeks exactly and then had my first period 4 weeks later. 
First child was breastfed for a month then swapped to formula. Second child formula and breastfed. Third child exclusively breastfed.

I was nursing, and got mine back around 4 months post pardum
With my second, we lost him at term, and my milk came in but I was advised to just leave it alone. I got my period back 8 weeks later

Exclusively pumped for 9 months and got my period back at 2 months. It was very heavy and painful but went back to normal after that one :)

my daughter is 5 months old. I’m EBF and I still haven’t had it yet.

With my first, it was about 7-8 months before I got my first period. I exclusively pumped until 6 months pp. With my second, I pumped/breastfed until I think it was about 3 months pp, and I'm on my first period now, at almost 5 months pp.

With my daughter I combo fed, but she got more formula than breast milk. I got mine at 10 weeks pp and it was regular flow but no cramps or anything.  I’m 9 weeks pp with my son and combo feeding again and haven’t gotten it back yet.

Exclusively breast feeding with pumping at work 3 days a week, period came back 4 months pp. It was heavy and more painful than normal.
