So tired of reading up. Is this Labor?

Monday I had an appointment. Had my GBS testing.

Tuesday night I noticed some small spotting of blood and a little tint of red on my toilet paper. Nothing else and baby was moving so wasn't worried.

Wednesday cleaned all day was fine. In the afternoon felt like i had to poop and tried. At one point I was bleeding from my ass. 🤦‍♀️

This morning. Been up since 730 been in the bathroom 4 times with diarrhea. It's as if I am pissing liquid out of my ass. I am feeling nauseous and cramping. My stomach is rumbling so bad I feel like a monster is going to come out.

Anyone else experienced this or is experiencing this? Don't want to call my OB yet and feel stupid. This is my 3rd kid and I don't remember feeling any of this.

I am 36 weeks 4 days pregnant.
