Does anyone get pelvic pain? Is this an early pregnancy symptom?

Been having pelvic pain on my left side for the last 3 days. Has been a bit more on my right and central today. 7dpo today!

Answer

I can’t speak for everyone else, but I didn’t have any pelvic pain. I did have some abdominal twinges/cramping but nothing in my pelvis.
