So me and my husband have been eating healthier and working out since the beginning of June. While he has lost way more than I have I’m not upset about it since men lose weight faster and easier than women do. I’m also very happy with how it’s going for me regardless. So far I’ve lost 13lbs and and am hoping to lose about 15lbs more over the next few months. All that I’ve been doing is eating healthier, tracking my calorie intake and working out. We’ve been using the My Fitness Pal app to track our food and the app has recipe ideas and exercises available. We also walk about 3 to 5 miles a day depending on how much we’ve worked out that day. I started doing a free workout program by Chloe Ting which you can find on YouTube.
