Sudafed while pregnant

My doctor told me they usually recommend Sudafed to help with decongestion. She said to avoid Sudafed or any other decongestants that have the active ingredient called Phenylephrine in it. I’ve yet to find any “regular” Sudafed that doesn’t have that ingredient in it. I have a sinus infection and I get them a few times a year anyways, but being pregnant is so tricky because I can’t take what usually helps me. I purchased a box of Sudafed, but it’s apparently not the regular kind. And i can only find two different types.....
