Child Care

So I know I'm planning a bit ahead but my maternity leave is only for 6 weeks and my husband doesn't get any leave from his job. Our original plan when I go back to work was to have his mom watch the baby but we recently found out she's been diagnosed with some serious health problems so that suddenly doesn't seem likely. Just wondering what some of the working mom's plans are for child care? With Covid I'm a bit hesitant with day cares when she's so little still, but I feel we don't have a lot of options.
