Postpartum Bleeding

I'm 7 weeks post as of tomorrow and Monday I was given the all clear to resume exercises and sex over the phone by my midwife. Haven't tried sex mainly because I have a seven week old and I'm tired AND a two year old who has been insisting on sleeping in our bed middle of the night 🤦. Anyway I started an exercise program Tuesday and last two days I noticed spotting so I didn't do anything today. Anyone have bleeding restart this far out? Picture of my little dude for attention 😂
