Can antibiotics for pink eye cause a yeast infection?

I read online that ingested orally, intense vaginal itching is a rare side effect, but I couldn’t find anything about taking it as an eye drop.

They can but luckily yeast infections arent life-threatening as far as i understand, and pretty easy to take care of. Yogurt/probiotics should help combat a yeast infection, so you can try that and maybe you wont get one, but if you do all you have to do is get a cream for it and it clears up. Sorry youre going through this!
