Need some help for you ladies

I'm supposed to be about 8 weeks according to the nurse thy took my info, we found out I was pregnant by using the clear blue non digital test on halloween. 11/14/15 on Saturday I started spotting light pink and yesterday I was in the ER, I started bleeding and having heavy lower abdominal pains like if I was having my menstrual cycle and the doctors at the hospital couldn't tell me anything he was saying that he couldn't see anything and that he thinks I may have had a miscarriage, but that my blood results definitely came back positive for pregnancy and the ER doctor called the on call OB to update my doctor for today's appointment on what happened so he won't be blind sided as he can indeed confirm something for us, I'm  freaking out worried as hell and we've been trying for a whole year. Today I have my first appointment with the OBGYN to confirm and see what's happening or what happened, I'm preparing myself for the worst. And today I'm not bleeding as much and it's light again, I'm just so exhausted and stressed.
