Sickness in the heat...
I’m going on a picnic this afternoon with some mummy friends and our little ones. It’s going to be about 30 degrees C.
I so want to go but I feel so so sick! Any tips for sickness in the heat?
As we’ve all got babies (my son is the eldest at 15 months) we’ll be setting up camp under a tree in the shade but I’m still nervous about throwing up even though I’ve not actually been sick once this pregnancy. (8+4) xxx
