I need to go on birth control but I’m scared to gain weight like I’ve had before! Depo is a no go for me I’ve gained 60 pounds when I was on it. I need a birth control that I won’t gain a lot of weight any suggestions?

Have you thought about the Nexplanon implant? Once inserted into your arm, it’s good for 3 years. The side effects should also be less severe than the shot (no bone loss, etc)
