Milk supply
What can I do to increase my milk supply? I had an over supply then I got a clogged duct and now my supply is super low and I’m so worried! I ate oat meal this morning and drank my milk supply tea and I’m trying power pumping. I also ordered lactation support pills from pink stork I really hope all this helps I really don’t want to have to switch to formula! Any advice of other things I can do?
