How soon after miscarriage did you try again?

I miscarried the first week of September. My husband and i are trying again but I'm wondering how long other waited. Also how soon did you conceive again after the miscarriage?

I miscarried August 19 at 5 weeks. We decided not to wait - our doc suggested wait one cycle just for the dates. I had my bloods taken and ultrasound a week after mc to check everything was clear. Currently 1 day late and testing neg though feeling preg.. Our last pg I only tested positive later (had negatives early)

I was told to wait at least one cycle. I found out my baby died July 12th, completed the miscarriage in the ER aug 2nd. Were TTC again now and I ovulated yesterday so now I'm waiting. But you should really give your body time to heal and all your hormones to recoup and to process everything. Until a week ago I didn't want to try again until the new year but then I felt better and decided we would try now.

I was 6 weeks doctor said to wait till i was emotionally ready. I'm ready now. My best friend is 19 weeks pregnant and i would love to have both our second children to be close together.

I got pregnant a month after my miscarriage you are actually really fertile after a miscarriage. However, I think you should ask your doctor how long you should wait. It varies depending and how long you were pregnant before the miscarriage. My doctor advised me to wait (2 to 3 months) and I was only 6weeks along when I miscarried. I got on birth control and still got pregnant...

Early MC / chemical pregnancy last week. My doctor told me I can start trying again right away (as soon as I ovulate). I said,  "Do I need to wait a month?" To which she replied, "not at all."  It may be different for everyone. FX and baby dust to all!
