Late period

Hey gals, so I am 76 DAYS late for my period. I know I’m not pregnant bc I haven’t had sex in over 3 months and I’ve taken a pregnancy test just Incase, which came up negative. My last period I had awful ovulation pain before, during, and after my period. I don’t know if something is wrong or if I should go to the doctor soon. HELP ME OUT PLEASE!
