When/how old should babies be seen by reg. dr, eye dr, dentist, etc.? I have no idea about any of that 😅

First doctors appointments are schedule at the hospital when baby is born and they will go from there as far as appointments go. My girl pediatrician said 2-3 is fine for the dentist but the American academy of pediatric dentistry recommends with that 6 months of first tooth or first birthday. I love my daughter's doctor but she's also not a dentist and I'd rather go by the AAPD. Eye doctor visits should be the same unless otherwise recommended. My eyes are shit (born with bad eye sight) and my family eye doctor suggested she be seen before her first birthday so she was about 9 months old. She goes for her yearly follow up next month.

Hi! I work at a family practice. We usually see babies 48 hours after coming home, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, and so on from there. Usually there's a little questionnaire we have moms fill out too about the baby at each based on their age.
