Which is better?

Here's my sons nursery that I've been working on. I would like to do either a first initial, or first middle and last initial on the wall above the crib. Do I go with white letters or galvanized? Example photos of both below. If anyone also did this, share some inspiration!
And if it helps, his initials will be AJB

White. Your wood wall has some gray in it, so the metal won’t “pop” as much. It looks awesome, by the way!

I like the white letters with the white crib.
Also just attaching the letters to the wall seems safer than the huge plank of wood above the crib.
