Should I be concerned or is it normal?! 🤔

Question

I’m 32 weeks and 1 day and today with baby#3 and I’ve had vaginal pains. Like I was laying down and it literally felt like this little guy was trying to push his own way out.
With my last pregnancy, baby was breech and when I would walk even for like a minute it would be like my butthole was about to fall out. 
But the pains I had today was worse than that. 
Should I be concerned/ call my OB or it is normal

Just saw my OB today and asked about pelvic pressure/pain with my second. She states because I was already stretched from last pregnancy so I am going to feel pains sooner. I’m 29 weeks tomorrow

I'm 29 weeks 2 days today & when I saw my midwife yesterday, she told me the baby will drop in the next few weeks & I might feel pressure in my pelvis, but its normal unless it comes & goes & gets worse. If you're concerned, it never hurts to talk to your doctor/ob about it!
