what do you consider “freshening up”?

Hello beautiful ladies what do you consider freshening up? Would you consider it just a quick body shower without washing hair? Or maybe just a wipe down with baby wipes? Sorry if this is a weird question I’m just curious. I guess it could be vary from person to person what you would consider freshening up! I’m just curious. 🥰 xoxo

I didn’t know what a body shower was until a few years ago when my friend explained it to me. All of my showers are body showered as I don’t need to wash my hair but probably once or twice a month. Freshening up for me is either a 5 minute shower or a “hoe bath” where I get a towel and soap and water and wash my vulva, armpits, and crack and that’s it.
