My little guy is 3 months old and is a really good sleeper at night. He usually sleeps from about 9-6 after a bath and feed. But the thing is, he starts getting really fussy around 6:30pm and it is such a struggle trying to make it all the way till bedtime (he usually takes a pre-bedtime nap at 7). My question is, should I be trying to get him to bed earlier? Will that make him sleep less? My instinct is saying yes, if he needs a pre-bed nap then he should be going to bed earlier. I just wanted to hear some other bedtimes. Thanks!
