Do dogs sense when you are close to labor?

this is my 2nd pregnancy. 36 weeks now and my dog has been following, staring, and licking me more than usual. Licking my belly I should add. She is such a jealous pup she never liked me or our toddler just my husband. So, she doesn’t care for us much and we always leave her alone. 90% of the time she never shows affection towards me like she is today.

She never acted like this pregnant with my son. Just curious to know if you noticed this before labor with your pets !😌
