Would you drink 0.5% alcohol drinks?

I'm 22 weeks and not drank a single drop of alcohol, not even the 0.5% low alcohol.
I'm getting to the point of wanting to try something different and considering trying the low alcohol drinks.
What's everyone's opinions on this? If you do drink them, how many is too many?

I’ve really liked the book Expecting Better by Emily Oster. It looks at worldwide data about questions/issues like this. My understanding is the reason most American drs say no alcohol is because no safe number has been determined, so better safe than sorry. It’s also hard to do a randomized control trial on how much drinking is actually dangerous for a growing fetus. I told my dr I had half a beer to celebrate that our genetic tests came back good. She laughed.

When I was pregnant with my first my midwife told me that 6oz of red wine per week during the 3rd trimester is actually beneficial due to the amount of antioxidants in it.

I won’t because I don’t like alcohol. If I did, I would consider having one but definitely not multiple.

There’s no proven amount of alcohol that can/cannot harm your growing baby so don’t risk it. Especially not multiple.

All i have to say is how many people find out they are pregnant after they have been going on with their normal lives.  Drinking on the weekends.  Getting drunk on the weekends or whenever they do. Some wine at dinner or before bed.  And the babies turn out to be okay in the end.  Drs cant day yes have some alcohol while you are pregnant because there is no known safe amount.  How many women don't even know they are pregnant until a few months out or more.

I drink beer 0, even though yes it had traces of alcohol
Don’t worry about it, you get similar amount in fermented foods and some ripe fruits so yes, it is a safe amount
I would drink 2-3 on a Saturday nights while my friends and having regular drinks

I have my glass  red wine every couple  week. Its lovely because i know whe i did find out i had a hell of a month knocking back shots and mix drinks. So i feel that if you do thats your  business consult with your doctor  and that's it.
