Why does my ultrasound show different due dates every time I go in?

Every time I've gotten the baby checked or an ultra sound the EDD is always four days to a week ahead of what they said I am now. What day should I go by? I know the exact day I conceived, should I just count from that day?

If you know the exact date you conceived, I would go off of that. That's what I did! 🙂 I'm currently 34 weeks, due 12/29/15!

The way the baby is measuring. Typically they go by your lmp.
