So I had sex yesterday night for only about 10 mins and was fine afterwards. But waking up this morning walking slowly and cramping in my lower abdomen. Is this normal a day after sex?

I didn’t use a condom and he didn’t finish. Also it does kinda hurt. (The cramping). I always tell him to be careful and not to pound to hard and deep. Because it does feel good a few times but not to good. And he did it anyway. Also could it be the position I was in? Hurts kinda bad
