Miscarriage
Yesterday I had some pink spotting followed by serious cramping... I was about 6 weeks pregnant and so excited. My husband and I had been trying for a few months. I called my nurse and she told me to go to the ER due to serious cramping on one side. They did and ultrasound and found no heart beat... now I’m just waiting for the miscarriage to happen. It’s been a rough 2020 :(
