I only get a cover line when my temps behave and ovulation is my lowest temp of the month.. how I accomplished this is.. I make sure my thermostat is always on the same temp, I switched to temp vaginally cause sometimes I sleep with my more open and other times I don't .. and I started sleeping naked instead of shorts one night and long pants another.. and I've seen a big change in my bbt chart since, everything is just much clearer
