Csection mamas - have you experienced leg pain afterward? The back of my knees (especially left) tend to get tight and I have a sensation of pins and needles with tightness up and down my entire legs - up to my inner thighs. I’m 3 weeks post partum

Tomorrow and this started about a week ago and some days it’s worse than others. I don’t see any obvious swelling though it kind of looks like I may be slightly swollen around my knees/thigh area. My ankles aren’t swollen. Sometimes I feel like resting them helps but I can’t fully be sure it does. I’m going to pay more attention to it so I know for sure. I can’t figure out what this could be unless it’s just normal from overuse - again I need to put more attention but I feel like when I tend to be more active it’s worse. Ahh idk i know this sounds confusing ! Lol. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
