Getting stains out of whites??

So I have tried everything to get these stains out of my white shirts dabs of bleach, baking soda, white vinegar soaked it to death and they still won't come out. I want to wear my shirts without looking like a slob....any tips??

I’m not sure whites but shaving cream. If that doesn’t , add a little rubbing alcohol. 
I literally just watched something on IG for life hacks from the kardashian and this is one of Kris jenners lol the girl did it and it worked.

If they’ve been dried the stains may be baked in at this point. In the future, regular blue Dawn dish soap applied as soon as possible to any stain will help remove it. Work it in and let it sit until you can wash it.

From my baby registry I was gifted tide pens. They literally have been amazing and gotten out every stain! There’s even been a white shirt where the stain sat for 2-3 days and came right out.
