Need hope... fertility testing cycle day 4

Hello,

These are my test results from a few weeks ago. I have an hsg mid August And my appointment with my RE is not until end of August. I’ve been looking these up online and they seem too low. Has anyone had similar lab values and gotten pregnant? My husband and I are both 31 and he has a low motility and low sperm count also. Please share your story. Thank you.
