Hi my baby got 4 teeth in 10 days I think he is just getting used to them but am sooo scared he is going to damage his teeth he grinds them with such force the noise is unbearable gives me anxiety even , is this a fase and he is just learning his body or should I be concerned , Aldo he has a crossbite so all the force is put on one too tooth and one the two bottom ones it’s also concerning me cause the top one that grinds on the bottom was first to rupture but hasn’t grown in any further worried is cause of the grinding 😢😢
