Crack 3 eggs in a glass microwavable bowl with a splash of milk, scramble and add salt and pepper, you can add cheese if you want and cover with paper towel, then microwave for 2 mins, take out, whisk again with clean fork then put back in for another min. microwave scrambled eggs! my mama used to make them.
