He says im fat & sloppy! Overweight after baby!
First baby who is now 9 months old and I have gained a whole person! This postpartum body has increased in weight and my confidence has also plummeted.
I think my son is going through some separation anxiety because he is constantly wanting to be attached to me and I am wondering how can I start a work out regimen with a new baby as a first time mom.
Any workout that has been helpful for first time moms? His dad calls me fat and sloppy but it’s been difficult with the new transition as a first time mom going through postpartum depression and gaining a lot of weight after my c section.
I haven’t eaten the best foods after birth I basically ate whenever I could and now i feel lost.
Please help with some advice encouragement or links to help with new moms achieving weight loss after birth.
