Miscarriage?

I woke up in the night with the bottom of my underwear soaked with blood. There was some blood in the toilet too.  I went back to bed and this morning there’s no blood but a little pink discharge.  I emailed my doctor and am waiting for a reply. Any thoughts?  This is my second baby and I had mild bleeding with the first but this was heavier.

have you had any clotting? pain? mine went from period like bleeding to spotting on and off for days while i miscarried, but i also had pain and a few big clots. 
but definitely wait for your doctor, but i’ve only had a regular clotting miscarriage i haven’t had ectopic or anything so i don’t know how those ones work.

When I miscarried my first time I had severe cramping. When I looked down my underwear/bed sheets were soaked in blood. Once I went to the bathroom I started passing clots & tissue. 
I wouldn’t try to stress a lot, but I know how hard that is😕 
My sister in law had heavier bleeding but everything was okay! She just had to be a bedrest ❤️
