My 14 month old has been running a fever for the last 24 hours. Anywhere between 102.2 at the highest to 100.7 this morning.

I have him Tylenol last night to help him be more comfortable to sleep and his temp dropped to 98.6.

He has a nasty runny nose and a little cough.

He does go to daycare which is where I assume he got sick.

He hasn't had a high fever like this before so I'm not sure what to do.

Should I just let him ride it out? I or should I have him seen by his Dr
