When should I tell family?
My parents and one of my sisters already know. However, I want to know the best time to tell the rest of my siblings and my in-laws. I am 4 weeks 2 days, first appointment September 14. I want to also consider the fact that my brother-in-law is getting married September 4. How long after should I wait?
