Nervous for Second Ultrasound Tomorrow

This is my second pregnancy after a MMC in April. Last Sunday, I had a threatened MC. The gestational sac, yolk sac, and fetal pole were there, but it was too early to see a heartbeat. Hcg was well within the range it should be. I’ve had no bleeding or cramping since, thankfully, but I am so nervous. Tomorrow is my follow-up ultrasound. I am praying there is a heartbeat as I will be exactly seven weeks tomorrow.

I’ve been reading pregnancy affirmations and trying to stay positive. I sure could use some encouragement. I can’t seek support from many friends or family right now since my husband and I chose to keep the news to ourselves until we knew things were ok this time. (We only told a couple people because I had to go to the hospital.) I don’t want any false hope...but have any of you had a threatened miscarriage and had things turn out fine? Have you had a scan at seven weeks and were still unable to see much?
