What do you do? (Self care?)
I'm having a really, really, really, really bad day. I feel devastated. Details, I'm new to single parenting.
I'm looking for recommendations, what do you do to cheer yourself up?
I've been comfort baking (pumpkin loaf and a spinach bread), I've swept, vacuumed and mopped, did all my dishes, but there's still so much void to fill.
I guess opening up about it is a tiny bit of help, so thanks to those reading. Please recommend, I feel so distant from my kids and I'm trying to figure out how to bounce back. It's been the hardest day by far.
